Emerald Surfers

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The managers Paul and Glenda were fantastic, nothing was a bother and they made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and nicely presented. We all loved the spa and our children loved the heated pool and night swimming. Great location. Great place to stay.

The Emerald had very clean, well appointed rooms. After a day out at the theme parks it was fantastic to come back and relax in the spa or pool. Glenda and Paul were fantastic hosts- nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is so close to bus stops and Surfers Paradise- it was awesome.

My partner and i stayed here recently finding it a pleasure. we were very happy, the rooms were clean and newly renovated, staff very helpfull and accommodating. short walk to mall and beaches. great place to stay, would highly reccommend.

Great Hotel!! Very accommodating :) Excellent, Friendly Staff. Very Affordable! And the Jacuzzi was AMAZING!!!

Very handy to main shopping of surfers.
A quiet location not a lot of street noise.

Disliked: The kitchen in regards to cooking (over came this by eating out)

Booked a whole floor as there were 7 of us travelling together and we were able to book into one of the rooms early which was a bonus after a midnight flight from Perth

Emerald Surfers covered all basic requirements and very handy to city.

Liked: Ease of booking on-line. Good sized rooms.
Disliked: Some furnishings looked a bit tired i.e- throw cushions and mat /table runner had stains on them and retained old smells. Needs to be updated.

3 balconies all have lovely canal outlook,superb at night.Complex meticulously clean, lovely Manageress, kitchen/laundry combo excellent. Master bedroom very small,ensuite spa luxe but no shower necessitates use of shower in 2nd bathroom.

Disliked: Small master bedroom, no shower ensuite.
